Rental policies

Rentals of 2–8 hours are charged hourly or as one day, whichever is cheaper. Longer rentals are charged in 24-hour blocks: 3+ days get 10% off and 7+ days get 20% off. Prices include GST.

Season and weekend changes multiply together. Each day is rounded to the nearest ₹10.

120 km are included per day (15 km per hour on hourly rentals). Extra kilometres are ₹4/km on scooters and ₹6/km on bikes, read from the odometer photos at pickup and return.

You have 30 minutes of grace. After that, every started hour costs 1.5× the hourly rate — ₹150/hour on an Activa. After 4 late hours it becomes one extra day at the regular daily rate.

Fuel is not included. Return the vehicle with the same number of bars on the gauge; each missing bar is ₹120.

One rider helmet is free. A pillion helmet is ₹30 on hourly rentals or ₹50 per day. A helmet not returned is ₹1,200.

A refundable deposit is paid at pickup in cash or by UPI: ₹1,000 for scooters, ₹3,000 for 350 cc bikes and ₹5,000 for the Himalayan 450. It comes back at the counter when you return, minus any itemised charges — each with the photo that proves it.

Online bookings pay 25% of the rent in advance. Cash bookings are held until 60 minutes after the pickup time. For a ride starting Sunday 20 September at 10:00:

Bring your original driving licence. Scooter riders must be 18+ with an MCWOG or MCWG licence; Royal Enfield riders must be 21+ with MCWG. The licence must be valid until your return date. We keep document photos encrypted and delete them 7 days after your deposit is settled.

New damage is marked on the vehicle diagram with a close-up photo and charged from this rate card. Bike rates are ×1.5. Damage recorded at pickup is never charged.
